Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Srinagar

On arrival at Srinagar you will meet our representative and transfer to your houseboat. Check in at houseboat. Afternoon Leave fo r local sightseeing of Srinagar City. Visit Shankrayacharya Mandir, Mughal Gardens , Chesmashahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat Bagh(The Garden Of Bliss), Shalimar Bagh(The Abode Of Love) & Tulip Garden during season (i.e.till April ). Dinner and Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2

Srinagar - Gulmarg

After breakfast proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you will get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Arrive Gulmarg early afternoon and check in at your hotel. Later begin a short tour boarding the Gondola cable car system (the 08 minutes ropeway, at your own cost). Descend back to Gulmarg after an hour and later one can indulge in some horse-riding at own cost. Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Day 3

Gulmarg - Pahalgam

After breakfast drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallelly to Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. Arrive Pahalgam and check-in at the hotel. Later you may plan a visit to Baisaran valley by pony at your own cost . Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 4

Pahalgam - Srinagar

After breakfast visit Aru , Beetab valley and Chandanwari at your own cost . After sightseeing of these places drive back to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 5

Srinagar -Sonmarg - Srinagar

Post breakfast leave for a day trip to Sonmarg. Srinagar to Sonmarg is picturesque, you will pass through some quaint towns and villages, at many places you can enjoy the view of paddy fields with rivers flowing on one side. In Sonmarg you can visit the Thajwas Glacier which is around 4 kms from Sonmarg. A local taxi or pony ride has to be availed (on your own cost) Return back to Srinagar in the evening after enjoying your day. Overnight at Srinagar.

Day 6

Drop at Srinagar Airport

After breakfast check out from your hotel and transfer back to Srinagar Airport to take your onward flight .

  • All transfers and sightseeing as per as itinerary by Non A/C Vehicle up to 6 person only from Srinagar.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please note Cancellation / Amendment request needs to reach us in writing. Any amendment received after booking will be treated as cancellation. The Cancellation policy is as follows:
  • Cancellation Charges per person
  • Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount – 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
  • Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
  • Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
  • This policy may vary during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
  • Bank transaction charges apply on cr edit card/net banking refunds.

Terms And Conditions

  • Rates valid for Indian national Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identifications at the time of checking. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • The standard check-in time is 14:00hrs and the standard check-out time is 10:00hrs.
  • Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Via.com will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
  • Via.com reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • Mandatory Gala dinner Supplement on Christmas and New year period will be borne by guest directly.
  • Via.com will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to bad weather or any other reason given by the airline, cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by Passenger
  • There would be no refund for the road blocks at any places enroute due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation cost at any places enroute should be bear by the passenger directly.
  • No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
  • Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
  • Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
  • These are promotional rates and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  • Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.

Important Note

  • We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation .
  • First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non- availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
  • Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability.
  • In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other vendors policy.
